Elevate Nutrition & Fitness is designed to be positive, informative and provides educational information pertinent to health and wellness. Audrey educates clients in a collaborative way to create new habits and greater awareness so clients can live a healthier, happier life.  

This lifestyle program uses science-based nutrition, habits and exercise designed to sustain healthy fat loss, improve metabolism and enhance fitness.  Audrey has been a health and fitness consultant since 2014 and loves working with clients of all ages to help them feel their best and live the amazing life they deserve.

Audrey graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, she is a certified specialist in Fitness Nutrition, Sports Nutrition, ISSA Nutritionist, Precision Nutrition 1, Precision Nutrition 2 and Functional Nutrition and Metabolism Science Specialization.
